Early Childhood Educators	Play (Pre-Nursery), Seedling (Nursery), Sapling (LKG), Advanced Sapling (UKG)	NTT / Early Childhood Certification / D.El.Ed, patience, and a passion for activity-based teaching.
Primary Teachers (PRT)	Classes 1–5 (English, Mathematics, EVS, Hindi)	Graduate with D.El.Ed / B.Ed, strong communication skills, and concept-driven pedagogy.
Middle School Teachers (TGT)	Classes 6–8 (Science, Mathematics, Social Science, English)	Post-Graduate / Graduate with B.Ed, strong subject mastery, and an interactive teaching approach.
Computer / IT Instructor	Play (Pre-Nursery) to Class 8	BCA / B.Sc (IT/CS) or equivalent, with practical knowledge of foundational computing and digital tools.
Physical Education & Activity Coach	Campus-wide	B.P.Ed / D.P.Ed, with experience coaching sports, yoga, and student fitness routines.
